Personalized support is free for the first 90 days, and free for all FogBugz On Demand subscribers. Otherwise you need a maintenance contract.

Manage Your FogBugz Orders

Existing customers can purchase new licenses, print receipts, check how many licenses you own, or buy more licenses at the Fog Creek Shop. FogBugz On Demand customers: log onto FogBugz and go to the Settings menu, then choose Your FogBugz On Demand Account.

Maintenance Contracts

Get unlimited technical support, free updates, and every new version of FogBugz with FogBugz Platinum Maintenance, just $0.10 (ten US cents) per user per day, or $4,999 per year for a Site License.
