According to some posts in the old forum, it is not possible for logged in community users to see a list of their cases. Is this still true with the latest version of FogBugz? If so, is there a way to address this issue e.g. with the plugin API? Update: I am looking for way to allow community users to view their list of cases without having to use a URL to an existing case. Even if they have no cases, I would like them to be able to login, go to a "view my cases" page, and see that that they have no cases. If they do have cases, I would like them to be able to go to an overview page listing all their cases. This seems like a fairly standard feature for a customer support portal. |
