I don't see why the "New Bug" page should have 658k in scripts. http://d.pr/T9BY

Why isn't the javascript and css minified? Why is jquery ui being sent down without being gzipped? Why isn't the css and js concatenated?

This is a tool that's used super-often by some people, and the performance is awful.
