When using the up or down backlog controls on the "List cases" page, or editing the backlog priority when looking at the complete backlog, the page reloads (and in Chrome, doesn't re-prioritize the item at all) when a case has subcases, but the parent case is the one that is prioritized. This only happens when one or more of the subcases are in a different project than the parent case.
