If you have purchased FogBugz, it is possible to move your existing FogBugz database to a FogBugz On Demand account, but we have to do it for you.
We will need a few things from you:
First, we need a copy of your FogBugz database. If you use Microsoft SQL Server, then MDF files are best, but we can use a full BKP file if necessary. If you use MySQL, run mysqldump, with all the default settings, to export a full copy of your database (e.g. mysqldump -u usename -p *db_name*).
Second, we need to know your FogBugz On Demand account URL, e.g. mycompany.fogbugz.com. If you don't have an account, sign up here.
Third, email the database file and all of the above information to customer-service@fogcreek.com.
We'll import the database for you and contact you when it's done.
