How can I make bookmarklets to create various types of new cases in FogBugz?

I often create new cases based on another case. Examples:

  • create a bug in my project from a customer's report, keeping the communication in the tech support world, and the bug in development
  • create a clone of a case
  • create a subcase with some fields matching
  • create a "Fix It Twice" case for an issue that needs a deeper solution
