In the error reports I get from users of my plugin a standard header is included that looks like this.

Plugin Id: FNN@improvingsoftware.com
Version: 1.1.5.0

Error: Error details here with stack trace...

It would be helpful for me when chasing down problems to also have some additional information including:

Feature Request: More Information in error reports sent to plug-in authors
