How do I remove a relation (link) between cases?
I have cases linked to my case in the see also section. I want to remove the links. How do I do it?

Why can my customers create case relations by sending case numbers in their email?
I have a case 1234. If a customer emails in with the text "case 1234" in the body of their email, a case relation is created. Is this intended?
