When I go to insert a hyperlink into a case (or wiki page), my usual workflow is CTRL+k on a group of words and then change the link text to fit.
However, if I have a url on the clipboard ready for pasting, when the popup appears and fills in the link with the default link (whatever the selected text was) unless I very quickly highlight and delete before the auto-suggestion appears below, the auto-suggest will be sticky after I delete and paste my own link: when I hit enter it will replace my pasted url with the suggestion. This then requires me to highlight all and delete and re-paste. When I'm trying to add a lot of links, this is irritating.
Would it be possible to clear the suggestion once the field is clear so my entered urls don't get deleted. This is a very minor request, but would help my link adding antics a bit. Incidentally, if I hit backspace instead of highlight and delete, the link suggestion will disappear on fully clearing the link
