The length of case title is 128 chars for our FogBugz site, and it is too short for some of our cases. Can the length of case title be customized? Can we make it bigger?

There is no built-in support for modifying the length of the case title field. Making such a change manually (e.g., if you wanted to customize the copy of FogBugz running on your own server) would require making changes directly to your FogBugz database as well as multiple locations in the FogBugz source code, and is not a supported configuration. |
