I upvoted the feature to allow multiple correspondents per case in Scout cases, but I'd also like to see the number of distinct correspondents (users) that submitted a certain case to Scout, as a column when viewing the list of cases.
IMHO this is the best metric for how important a problem is (the amount of user who are suffering from it, rather than how many times it occurred which is currently the only available metric,
