Motivation: My company uses a lot of columns in the Kanban.

I am managing a project team, and I want my team to only use a subset of these columns.

An example: My company has a column for "Ready for QA". My team uses TDD and pair programming (and does not have a QA team) so our stories should never be in the column "Ready for QA"

Bottom line: I would like to disable some kanban columns based on Project
