I would like to exclude specific emails or domains from from automatic replies.

There is a workaround possible if you're running FogBugz on your own servers. You can add a database trigger on the MailQueue table to remove outgoing messages before they are sent. Or, you can make a code change and recompile FogBugz. These options are not possible with FogBugz On Demand. Please email us for details and to discuss.
