Hi, We have a test server running and it’s integrated with our LDAP server.
The Name of the users is coming up as their login name and not with their First Name and Last Name.
I confirmed with my IT department for the LDP configuration and they checked on their end. The LDAP server is providing all the information required, but the Fog Bugs server is only picking up the login name.
We have few users in Beijing (China) who have two names (English Name and Chinese Name) the first Name and Last Name for them is the English name and the login name is based on their Chinese name. This is creating confusion in the process of work.
Please suggest me on how to get the full information from the LDAP server or if it is possible or not.
