Is it possible to display the case activity in reversed order? So for instance, say you had the following activity:

Miss Piggy opened the task 4 days ago

Assigned to Kermit the Frog by Miss Piggy 3 days ago

Edited by Rizzo the Rat yesterday

Could you have it display

Yes, the case event order may be set as a user preference on your "Settings" page.
