The grid and case views appear to have been revamped visually but I can't find any new functionality - what has changed functionally in these views?

There are no functional changes. Just an initial visual refresh. We have been playing around with some pretty big changes, but are still deciding how to implement them without confusing longstanding power users. But we didn't want to slow down the visual refresh. |
