Question

Could you please add Intermediate step for case creation approval. We have integrated system where cases are autogenerated if we send mail to xxx@mydomain.com . We feel security issue like incase some one will send any waste data or abusing words in mail to same email id xxx@mydomain.com which will create case in system and is readable by all company team members. we want to take proactive action to handle such issue.

I've never done this, but I think the way to handle this in the FogBugs workflow is to limit access to the Inbox to administrators, and create a new "safe inbox" project to which acceptable incoming e-mails should be transfered.
