Your product is great, I've been using it for about 4 years now. My problem is what happens when a Milestone is complete? Engineering generates a release... we stick it in a folder, and tell our service department it is available, then they put it into BETA or maybe it goes to Production (we ship servers with our stuff installed on it). Or maybe in BETA it has issues and needs to be pulled back... my point here is wouldn't it be great if Fogbugz provided a way to track the state of a milestone AFTER all the work is done? thank you

ps if you can recommend some software to do this, that would be great. I tried trello... it's close but with no dates it's a little bit abstract and I would rather it 'known' about the milestone(s) already.

After a milestone is complete, the idea would be that all future work would go into another milestone. The passed milestone would be made unassignable. Once you've passed it, it's in the past. Any showstopper issues can go under a global ASAP milestone, but all future development should go into a new milestone.
