We develop several web based applications for both internal and external usage and currently use fogbugz on demand for internal issue tracking. We have had several requests from clients to be able to enter issues into fogbugz from our application itself, rather than opening up a browser session and navigating to our synovate-mma.fogbugz.com.

Also if we can incorporate this, is there an API that will allow us to set parameters to identify the project automatically and disable that dropdown? Just curious how seemless we can make this integration.
