In the XML API documentation, I noticed:
<fReplied>false</fReplied> -- has this case been replied to?
<fForwarded>false</fForwarded> -- has this case been forwarded?
Can I use this information in a search? I guess not.
Why not? I think it would be very useful. And it sounds like easy to implement...
