When writing wiki articles, I routinely need to change the current line to a heading or list style. This is frequent enough that having to use the mouse slows me down. In particular, when I'm taking meeting notes, I'm simply not fast enough to do that, so I end up not using any formatting. If I could just type one to a few keystrokes to get the basic style I want, it would be very helpful.
It would be ideal to set (and achieve) a goal of having all of FogBugz be highly useable without a mouse, but a few more keyboard shortcuts could do a lot to help.
