Is there a way to choose which columns are shown when you select 'My Cases' from the Filters menu?
Once I'm looking at the 'My Cases' list, I can add and remove columns, but is there a way to save those choices for the next time I select 'My Cases'?

You can't change the 'My Cases' filter, but you could load the filter, customize it, and then save your changes by clicking the 'Save Filter' link on the right. Column preferences are saved with a filter, so when you load your saved filter your columns will be restored. |

No, there is no way to do this. "My cases" is a special hard coded filter. |
