I'm using FogBugz to schedule projects. It's not about bugs at all. So I want the default category to be feature, not bug. Is this possible?

You can set the default category for new cases using the Workflow plugin. One of the options on the category edit dialog is a checkbox that allows you to specify that it is the default category for new cases:
