I can't delete the Schedule Item category because it has "special meaning" for Evidence Based Scheduling. But I can't figure out exactly what special use it has that would prevent EBS from functioning without it (or, more precisely, without cases that can be marked as it.)
If I can use EBS successfully without using schedule items, I should be able to delete schedule items so as not to confuse my users.
