For project management can "Do Later" plug in be enhanced so cases get assigned to some one else? It will be usefull for planning as it will allow to create the cases(tasks) and delegate them accordigly via "Do later" and according to schedule. |

You could of course add a 'Do Later' reminder and a comment that reminds you to assign the case to the relevant person. It would be nicer to be able to do what you're requesting though. |
