I have an iPhone app called GoTasks with sync with Google Calendar (Tasks). The way it lets you move tasks around and instantly assign a task as a subtask is awesome. I hope FogBugz can implement something similar in the List Cases screen.
Consider using Ctrl+Up,Down,Left,Right as a way to manipulate the current case visually.
I think we can leave manipulation as it currently is in the case details page...
