It would save me a lot of clicking if every email that emanates from a 'subscribe' would include a diff. To prevent extremely long ones, do summarization and truncation.

The current subscription emails for wiki articles are lame:

Subject: The article "Version 7.4.0.3 Release Notes - September 19, 2011" has been changed in FogBugz.

An article you are subscribed to, "Version 7.4.0.3 Release Notes - September 19, 2011", has been edited in FogBugz by Jeff Smith.

To see the latest version, go to http:...
To see a visual summary of the changes, go to http:...

You are subscribed to this article. If you do not want to receive automatic notifications in the future, unsubscribe (http:...) from this article.

That's where I want a diff.

We've deferred this feature request because we're not likely to find the engineering resources to implement it in the foreseeable future. We'd rather be honest about what we're likely to find time for in the future than have you waiting around on something that's just never going to happen.

We're doing this to try to be both helpful and realistic. Please see #3 on this post from one of the founders of StackExchange.
