Bug fixes

• Use HTTPS gravatar urls to avoid mixed-content warnings
• Improved client-side email address validation
• Better layout in outline grid view for subcases
• Fixed issue where "Working On" popup menu can sometimes keep the keyboard focus after being dismissed
