I like the simple functionality of comment threads in the wiki. However, most of our users don't leverage them since the "Add a reply..." link only becomes visible if you happen to hover over the comment. The users focus on the big comment field at the bottom of the page and enter their reply there.
I'd like for the "Add a reply..." link to be always visible. Or at least show/hide it by changing a CSS class on it rather than its display style, so that my Wiki's style sheet can determine visibility. E.g. I'd hide it in the @print stylesheet but show it in @screen.
