A few times I had the desire to link to a specific comment in a case, this most notably happens when we spin off a new case from a comment in an existing ones; but that aside directly linking would be nice anyway. Maybe even in the form of "Case 1234#6" to link to reply 6 in case 1234 .

Every case event has such an anchor, of the form In a case event header like Assigned to Someone by Someone else 7-8-2011 9:56, the date+time is a link to the case event. You can just use that link. |
