Hi all, To assess if we need 24/7 support, I want to search for cases that were received between say 6:00PM and 6:00AM. The different search axes allow to filter on "date opened", but not on a specific timeframe. Any suggestions? Stijn |

You can search on a specific time frame. To see the case that were opened between 6:00 PM yesterday and 6:00 AM today, use the following search filter: dateopened:"8/10/2011 6:00 pm..8/11/2011 6:00 am" See this question for more good info on search axes. |

Hello, I have a similar request. I would like to have a filter that show me all bug opened within last three days. I tried dateopened:"-3d" but it's not working. Does someone know how to do this please ? |
