When a wiki page changes users gets an email notification that contains a link to see the diff.
We don't like that diff. Hard to see what changed in big pages and often requires too much horizontal screen space. We'd much rather have a patch style diff sent in the email notification itself, so most of the time people won't even have to visit the web page to see what changed.
Can this be implemented in any way using a plugin or the API?
All I can think of right now is setting up an SMTP relay that would capture and modify those notifications. But I hope it wouldn't have to come to that.
