How do I make a copy (clone) of a case?

Quite often I want to set up a case for multiple milestones. This is currently quite tedious and time consuming. It would be great to have a link/button "Copy Case" that would default everything for you, and all you had to do was change the milestone.

This could also be useful if the same/similar case was relevant to a different project.
