Add “Except User” to the ‘Refine Further’ filter

The addition of "Except User" to the 'Refine Further' filter will allow all cases to be displayed except those opened or closed by a particular user, for example. This will benefit when certain cases are to be ignored by a particular user.

This applies to all search axes, not only users. A workaround is to select Refine further, then Search for and type -closedby:user, for instance. Or if the current filter already contains a search criterion, just click that and add -closedby:user. – Michel de Ruiter♦ Jul 27 2011 at 7:24
