Is there a way to list all the site admins?

The user page has the ability to filter on Normal, Community, and Virtual users, but not Site Admin. Why was Site Admin omitted from the filter?

Periodically when users join or leave our team I update and verity the admin list, but I've always been confused as to why I can't see who the admins are in an easy way.
