Right now the Case Event Edit plugin only pus an icon next to events that already have a comment and allows you to edit those comments. There's no icon or way to add a comment to an event that doesn't have one.
Sometimes we like to create a case with just a title as a placeholder and then fill in the details later. It would look cleaner if we could still add those details to the first comment instead of as adding a new comment.
