Ive been using FB for about 8 years now - LOYAL PROMOTER! Would love to be able to - 1.) Delete an attachment that's been added to a case if needed 2.) Collapse a section of text within a case if I no longer wish to view it (maybe its no longer relevant) If you save that case, the status of those notes being collapsed or un-collapsed (expanded) stays. |

1) You should already be able to delete attachments. When you're viewing a case with attachment, click "Edit", and small delete icons should appear next to the attachments that you have permissions to delete. 2) It's not quite what you're looking for, but this BugMonkey script might help. It gives you a handful of options for hiding case events you've already seen. |
