I'm ok with the 200-case-per-page default, but if users wish to bump it up, we'd like to support up to, say, 1000 cases (which brings me to another point -- there's no good feedback for users who attempt to make it higher; it just won't take beyond 200).
I understand that this can be accomplished by hacking the Wasabi code and rebuilding, but we will modify the source only as a last resort (not to mention that source modification done properly requires an update in several different places for this particular hack -- I've tested this).
