I'ev been using the startup version just for myself, and it's been good for keeping track of the number of things I need to do. However, we'll likely be hiring a couple of new developers in the next few weeks, and would need to have everybody on the same system.

I'm not the one running the business, but I am the lead (currently only) developer, so I do handle things like this. However, I need to know how the pricing scheme works when you exceed the 2 free accounts.

Once it hits 3 or 4 users, is it $25 for each additional user past the initial 2, or is it $25 each? So if I have 3 users, is it $25/mo, or $75/mo?

AFAIK, it is 25$ per user. The Student and Startup Edition version is free, but has a limit of two users. The Professional Edition costs $25 per user while the high watermark of active users per month is counted. So if you are only one user it would be $25 for the Professional Edition either.
