We make heavy use of the Web Hooks in Kiln and would love to see Web Hooks made available in FogBugz. We have integrated FogBugz into the Commonspot CMS - making heavy use of the FogBugz and Kiln APIs.
We see Web hooks in FogBugz helping us with a lot of our real-time Administration and reporting modules. We currently poll FogBugz using the API every couple of minutes to get updates to data that we use in the CMS modules. The FobGugz data is just a piece of a large dashboard and is currently the only piece that isn't updated real time. We have a lot of unnecessary traffic from the CMS to FogBugz via API calls - it would be nice to have a web hook in FogBugz that could fire off when various case actions took place (new case added, case closed, case updated, etc).
Do you foresee adding something similar to Kiln's web hooks into FogBugz in a future release? If so, any details on what functionality might be made available?
