Is there a feature where you can remove attachments assigned to a case.

A specific example of the feature I'm requesting, we have a document that we constantly update, but the name has to remain the same.

i.e (SampleScript.xml) A over the course of the case, we can have multiple updates to this script. We installed the Plugin to have the SideBar instead of just showing the latest update to the document, we have a long list of the same document.

It would be nice to have the edit/remove feature once you submitted an attachment.

You can't edit existing attachments, but you can remove them.

When you're viewing a case that has attachments, after you click the "Edit" link, you should see a small recycling bin next to all of the existing attachments for the case you're viewing. Clicking that icon will remove the attachment.

Are you aware that this feature is just not discoverable? Especially when using the Case Event Edit plugin. – Michel de Ruiter♦ Jun 26 at 20:38

Note that during Assign the trash bin icon is not there. So use the Edit button. How confusing! – Michel de Ruiter♦ May 8 at 12:44

I do not see this option in Version 8.7.58.0. I have admin rights... do I need to change some setting?

Edit the case, then all attachments will get a trash bin icon. That mean you should not edit the case event (with the paper-with-pencil icon next to the event date, with Edit tooltip). Instead pretend you want to add a new case event: press the Edit button (with the same paper-with-pencil icon next to it). Yes it's confusing... – Michel de Ruiter♦ Feb 24 at 21:20
