When choosing the order to place tasks on the kanban board, for us it's critical to know how long a task will take as part of the ordering decision-making process. Ideally it would be in the kanban item itself (like the assigned user initials, which is great!), but at the least in the case popup details that appear when you hover over the task number.
The current Kanban board is excellent though!
