Does anyone have any experience integrating FogBugz and DevTrack? We have a customer that insists on putting everything in DevTrack, and we need to establish a process that lets us deal with cases/issues in FogBugz, while they deal with them in DevTrack.
To be clear, we need for DevTrack issues to be copied into FogBugz, minimulated for a while, then, when closed in FogBugz, forwarded to our customer's QA in DevTrack. Any advice is deeply appreciated. Thank you.
