I know you guys are working on it all the time but I keep having appraisals with my developers and we talk about the positives around the implementation of FogBugz and the ticketing system, which generally they are all happy with, but the issue that repeatedly comes up is still 'Page Loading Speed'.

Using Harvest and FogBugz API we have written a time submission script that sends time logged to tickets directly to Harvest, which is great but the guys are reporting that it is just so much easier to add it to Harvest that each time they use time in FogBugz they get frustrated.

If they then end up submitting time directly to Harvest, it means that we don't get accurate time against estimates and no Burn Down Charts etc. etc.

I really want to stick with FogBugz, Love Kanban plugin and love Screen Shot plugin, but this Speed issue always seems to be there and is slower than any other site we use for project management.

Can you update me with your future plans to improve the page load times please?

Many thanks

Sam

This is really the major pain point for all the developers in my team also. 5 seconds for the request to process, and another 6 seconds to render the page. There are 57 cases in the selected filter. It's becoming such an issue that one of the devs is looking into creating a new interface using the API. – Josh Smeaton Jun 20 at 6:30
We're working on this right now. Literally. Right now. Are you on On Demand? – Rich Armstrong Jun 22 at 14:54

Sam, I just sent you an email about this, but for anyone else following along, we are working on improving FogBugz On Demand performance right now. We have some changes going out tonight which should help.
