I have a very small IT group (3 resources) and our company has about 25 employees. How many users would I need in the on demand system for all 25 resources to be able to generate cases with screenshots, etc, and for my 3 IT resources plus one business manager to have access to view all cases?

You should need only 3 users, depending on the level of visibility needed into cases. The rest of the company can use email or community user accounts. |
