Switching between cases using the "Working On" menu seems very slow. It takes about 4-5 seconds, which might not sound long but feels like an age.

Shouldn't it be quicker?

It shouldn't be longer than a second. Sounds like something is up with your On Demand instance (I think you posted about delays with the edit timesheet as well). Contact us via email. – Michael Pryor♦ Nov 26 2009 at 17:05

There was a performance issue relating to a specific scenario which your account was exhibiting. It's been patched up in 7.1.6.
