I may just be plain stupid, but where do I find the project backlog? I have managed to put cases into the backlog, so I know it is installed. But where are all those nice boxes that can be seen in the plugin's description?

When you're looking at the grid view ("List Cases"), just add the "Project Backlog" column, and then click on that column's header to sort things by their backlog value. Once you've sorted your list view by backlog the small arrows should appear for re-arranging cases within the backlog. Clicking on the backlog column for a given row will display the popup shown in screenshots.

Is that what you're looking for, or is there something else that I'm missing?

I guess that is it. I wasn't aware that it was simply integrated into that view. Thanks a lot. – Toby May 24 2011 at 13:14
Agreed. This is not very clear from the documentation for the backlog plugin. – nategood Sep 1 at 19:14
@nategood @Toby I've updated the Project Backlog's plugin page to include instructions on how to get started with using it. Thanks for your feedback! – db Sep 6 at 17:37
