In FogBugz 8.4.87:

I have two cases: 101, which I imported from Bugzilla, and 102 which I just created through FogBugz as a test for searching for 101.

The title for each case == 'GHS contents and labels'.

I have tried the following searches:

  1. GHS (matches 102 only)
  2. *GHS* (matches nothing)
  3. GHS contents and labels (matches 102 only)
  4. ghs contents and labels (matches 102 only)
  5. contents (matches 102 only)
  6. *contents* (matches nothing)
  7. *labels* (matches nothing)
  8. *content* (matches 102 only)
  9. *label* (matches 102 only)

None of these searches returns a match for 101, and several do not match 102. I have reset the FogBugz searcher twice, and it reports that it is fully indexed.

Why do searches on imported cases not work at all, and why do wilcard searches only work on partial name matches?
