I have been writing BugMonkey scripts, and marking them as required for all normal users, and all administrators. I added the first one more than a week ago, but some people still don't see it when they're logged in to FogBugz, but some people do. I never had a problem locally, I saw it immediately during development. Is there some caching going on or something we can do to get it running for everyone? We're pretty much all running Chrome, but it'd be preferable if we didn't have to tell the entire company to clear their Chrome cache or whatever to fix it, but I don't know what else might fix it.

Hmm...that definitely sounds like a bug.

To help us try to narrow things down, can you let us know:

  1. Are you running FogBugz on your own server?
    • If so, what version are you using?
    • What version of the Bug Monkey plugin are you currently using?
  2. What version(s) of Chrome have you seen this behavior?
  3. Have you seen this behavior in any browsers other than Chrome?

Sorry for the delay, been a bit busy lately. We're running FogBugz on our own server, version 8.3.42. We're using BugMonkey version 2.0.1.10 We stay up to date with Chrome, so I've seen it with the most recent version: 11.0.696.68. I don't know if anyone is using anything other than Chrome. We were all migrated by policy to Chrome. If there's anything you want me to try, let me know. I've also written some FogBugz plugins, so I'm familiar with the API, if you need me to test something or whatever. – Daniel Jennings May 20 2011 at 19:38
