There's no feedback link anywhere I can see, so I am going to use "submit feature request" to report bugs, since I have no idea how else to do this. I know there's probably a way somewhere, but honestly, I'm in the middle of work, and when something's broken, I don't want to learn how to find the feedback area, I just want to shoot off the bug report, and get back to using the software and figure out how to get around the problem, which is slowing my work down. Since this is almost always the case when a bug is found, reporting that bug has to be as easy as possible. I have to admit I am amazingly surprised that people are complaining about the feedback link's past existence, as though it were in the way. FogCreek is one of the few companies that makes it easy to provide feedback -- how is this EVER a bad thing?!
Thank you for listening. It is appreciated more than you know. As for people complaining the software provides a feedback method that you can easily see, consider why it's so easy, and suck it up -- it's one of the reasons the software isn't buggy.
